Discussed date to switch over to summer rules and the board decided on June 1st.
The Men’s Club will have a $10 per ticket 50/50 Raffle for the Member/Member & Member/Guest Tournament.
To generate some more funds for the Men’s Club we need to sell more Tee Signs for the major events. The signs are $100 each, so please reach out to your contacts and let’s generate some funds to offset our costs.
Board:
The Board discussed ways to increase membership. We need to promote the advantages of joining The Sterling Farms Men’s Club with friends, business contacts and individuals that you might be paired up with at the course.
The Board decided to form a Rules Committee to settle disputes that arise during competition. The first step in a dispute is to bring the situation to the attention of one of the Pros in the pro shop and then, if they are not able to settle it, to reach out to one of the Committee Members listed below. The appeal must be submitted before midnight on the day that you played.

On a personal note, it is with mixed emotions that I bid farewell to my position as Secretary of the Board of Governors at Sterling Farms. I am moving south to Florida to open a branch of Sentinel Maintenance. I have had a great experience here at Sterling Farms, one of the best muni’s that I have ever played and more important, met a great bunch of people being on the Board these last 2 years. I wish you continued success in the future.
