Covid precautions – Will do Zoom meetings for now so more members can participate
New Members – A couple spots open. Chris Terzian and Matt Stendardi will be invited to

join before the next meeting.
Tee Time Events are the preferred format by Bek for SFMC events this season
Budget Surplus ideas:
1. Pay Gross and Net to the same number of spots – 7 each
2. Halloween Scare Event – Impossible Course Setup
Survey to be sent out to the membership to find out appetite for pre-Member-Member

banquet as well as other looming questions. Justin Beal to send survey.
Schedule
1. Look to include a 36-hole event
2. Swap out Lone Ranger from Interclub weekend.
3. Add a few fun events after the Player of the Year
4. Suggestion: Add a 50/50 split-field event, Ryder Cup-style
Season Long Best-Hole Score Race – Mitchell Schepps to look into setting up

a. Gross and Net prizes

New Trophy Case – Need to discuss getting a new trophy case built at a future meeting
Jeff to ask Bek if he would like to use GolfGenius for Thursday tournaments
Dave to reach out to 2021 advertisers to gauge interest in re-upping for 2022 advertising

on GolfGenius
Estimating membership level at 350 people for budgeting purposes
Closest-to-the-Pin event
1. Keep to a single, well-run event in late June
2. Look into a rental TV for Closest-to-the-Pin event for live event tracking /
