  1. State of Club
    • BoD news
      • Pete Silver Retiring to Florida … need a new treasurer … preferably an existing board member as this is an officer position and having an understanding of the club and our operations is important
      • Tristan Chang will be our new treasurer and officer of the club
      • Chris Terzian – joining Finance Committee
  2. Financials
    • Current loss projected at <$8K…will reduce as membership continues to grow
    • $55.5K in checking / $5.8K in CD
  2. Membership
    • 315 Total Members (333 YA, down -5%)
    • 40 New Members (54 YA, down -25%)
  3. Tee Sign Sponsors
    • 6 tee sign sponsors
  4. Scholarship Donations
    • $1,020 Membership Signups
    • $225 Governor’s Cup Signups
    • $15,593.41 in savings account
    • Messaging going out on driving applications starting in May

      • 10 players on waitlist, need 6 more players
