In Attendance: Joe McHugh, Bekim Ukperaj, Dave Persaud, John McGroarty, Jack McGroarty, Jim Romaniello, Bart Weissman, Greg Collins, Tristan Chang, Mitchell Schepps, Chris Terzian, Joe Paladino, Bill Ward, Seizo Mazer

• State of Club
  1. Membership Update
     7. 371 (down -7.3% Yago, -28)
  2. YTD Revenue & Expenses
     2. Estimated loss of $2.2K (last year this time was $2.8K)

• Tournament Updates
  1. Member Guest
     1. Sold out!
     2. Need Raffle & tee sign volunteers (John, Chris, Joe, Bart, Bill, Dave, Joe)

• Motion to change the structure of event (7 to 5) to be flighted to promote fairness and allow for seniors to play it forward while being in contention for gross and net prizes
  1. Dave and Mitch to provide new event structure to tournament committee by 7/11 while preserving an overall low gross and net winner

1. Interclub (Joe away)
   4. 10 am tee times to start the SF day (can’t guarantee a 4.5 hr round)
   5. Uniform – due to golf shop staff shortage, will provide $75 Pro Shop credit to all those making the team (credit can be used to purchase a shirt for event if needed)

• Scholarship
  1. 4 candidates… Lorenzo Scorziello & Charles Cook awarded scholarships
  2. Presentation to scholarship recipients at Member Guest lunch
• Community Service / Divot Filling

  1. August Meeting moved to August 5^th
  2. Board BBQ – Sept 15^th @6pm at Jimmy’s
  3. New Out of Bounds markings on #13 are permanent
  4. Jonathan Arist has resigned from the board … will revisit board openings in fall
  5. Bart and Mitch to scope out a proposal on replacing Shoreline tournament
