   1. Financials
      1. YTD estimated loss (~$2,500)
         1. Need ~40 more members to break even
   2. Membership
      1. 359 members (378 yago, -5%)
      2. 55 new members (72 yago, -24%)
   3. Tee Sign Sponsors
      1. 19 … +$1,900
   4. Scholarship / Scholarship Donations
      1. $1,585 YTD ($185 opening event)
      2. $15,878 in bank
      3. Scholarship Applications …. (1)
   5. Trophy House / Bulletin Boards News … trophies will be relocated to a new structure that will be built out by the bulletin boards.  The current location will need to be repurposed for a full time starter on weekends.
2. Tournaments – May Events (Bart)
   1. Opening Event Feedback
      1. Due to pace of play issues, the following actions will occur for future tee time events:
         1. Carts will be mandatory … anyone choosing to walk will be DQ’d from the event and disqualified for playing in future event(s)
         2. Club will purchase a half hour block of tee times post the last tee time of the event
         3. Club will no longer receive the discount on tee times and carts
   2. Member Member Prep (95/128 spots filled)
      1. Extend deadline by one week
      2. Open registration to new members who would like to bring a guest
      3. Volunteers for raffles / tee signs…Seizo, Chris, Dave, Howard, Greg
   3. Weekend Event Payouts (Bill Ward)
      1. Top 33% will receive payouts across all divisions including Seniors…Bill Ward to oversee / manage
   4. Summer Rules Transition
      1. 6 to 5 vote in favor of Summer Rules effective 5/16
   5. Future of Shoreline
      1. Shoreline Tournament is indefinitely on hold
3. Membership Committee (Howard Kraus)
   1. New Member Social 5/15 @6pm
4. Community Service
   1. Divot Filling…to be scheduled for a time when the course is closed for maintenance to protect revenue loss as well as those filling divots from potential injury
5. Misc
   1. Pace of Play … Sterling Farms Rangers will give one warning before corrective action is taken to move groups along which will include moving them up to the group in front of them to get them back on pace resulting in loss of hole
