1. State of Club
   1. Financials
      1. >$18,000 in membership dues collected
      2. $7,050 in sponsorship fees collected
      3. Taxes – completed@ $299 fee
   2. Membership
      1. 199 members to date (-3 vs. YA)
         1. Need a total of ~375 to break even financially
      2. 19 new members (+5 with last year)
   3. Sponsors / Tee Sign Sponsors
      1. 10 tee sign sponsors confirmed ($1,000)
   4. Scholarship Donations
      1. $1,125 collected since 1/1/26 (+50% vs. YA)
      2. $18,238 … ~$5,000 will be dispersed this year
2. Upcoming Season
   1. Update on Course Conditions
      1. No official date for reopening…will be weather dependent
      2. most likely will have temporary greens to start the season on holes #3, #7, and #17
   2. Local Rules
      1. Bunkers…lift clean and place within a scorecard
   3. Pace of Play
      1. Will enforce existing policy
   4. Golf Genius Management
      1. Dave, Seizo, Jack to lead weekly events and rotate responsibility
   5. Weekend Event Payouts (board approved +25% increase)
      1. $25 / $20 / $15 / $10 / $5
      2. Top 1/3 in each bracket (across Gross & Net) will receive payouts
      3. Top 5 to earn POY points
3. Tournaments – April Events
