Tuesday, August 5^th Board Room; 7PM Start – 8PM Finish

In Attendance: J McHugh, B Ukperaj, D Persaud, John McGroarty, Jack McGroarty, B Weissman, G Collins, T Chang, M Schepps, J Paladino, B Ward, H Kraus, A Snyder

Note in Attendance: S Mazer, J Romaniello, C Terzian

• State of Club
  1. Membership 374, down 7%
  2. YTD Revenue & Expenses – ~$2K loss
  3. By Laws / Code of Conduct – Review language in by-laws and make any revisions as deemed necessary (Action: Bill Ward)
• Tournament Updates
  1. Member Guest Feedback
     1. Strong overall positive feedback … flights are preferred
     2. Happy Gilmore putter auction a MAJOR success – $800 raised for the Scholarship Fund

• Flighted teams for 2026 Member Member in light of positive feedback of new setup – Tournament Committee to strategize

1. Increase fundraising for next year (help keeps overall rising cost down below – over $400 now)

1. Interclub
   1. Dave Persaud filling in for Pres. McHugh
   2. Lunch after Round 2 – Location Stillery- Budget $1500
2. Club Championship
   1. Finals on Players’ time, no set day allocated at SFGC
   2. Suggestion made on tightening up the Handicap freeze period
3. Senior Club Championship
   1. Top 8 Net and Gross advance to Sunday
4. President / VP Cup
   1. August 23rd & August 30th weekends to qualify
   2. September 14th Finals – 9:30 tee time start
5. Closing Event
   1. Open to bringing guests after initial invite to Members if it does not fill
   2. Prizes and structure TBD

• Sept 28th 8 am first tee time

  1. Donations $5,465 YTD / $20pp is average donation
• Community Service
  1. Divot Filling successful
  2. Look to conduct 2^nd event if budget and date is available
